Appointments
- Please bring or send an updated copy of your dog's shot records.
- Most appointments are finished within two to three hours. Need your dog in earlier or held later? Just let us know.
- Booking more than one dog? They can both come in at the same time.
- Make sure you get a text or email verification after booking online. If you don't receive one, your booking may not have gone through. Feel free to contact us.
Payment
We accept cash, cards, Venmo, and PayPal.
Please note: if your dog is matted, has fleas, or has a difficult disposition, it will be reflected in your total.
Dog behavior & safety
- We do not accept aggressive dogs. If your dog has a history of biting, please let us know ahead of time.
- If you knowingly bring in an aggressive dog and they bite or attempt to bite our groomer, you'll be automatically charged $50 and the groom will not continue.
No call, no shows
- First infraction: forgiven.
- Second infraction: half of the missed appointment, plus your entire next grooming, must be paid in full before scheduling again.
- Third infraction: you'll be asked not to schedule with us again.
We understand that things happen, and that's taken into account, especially for our regular clients.
Drop-off & pickup
- Drop off as early as 7am and pick up as late as 6pm with prior notice.
- Anyone picking up after 6pm will be charged a boarding fee for that night: $30 for small/medium dogs, $40 for large dogs.
Add-on services
Interested in teeth brushing, de-shedding, or coloring? Add a note while booking your appointment. Coloring is only available for light-haired pups with a good disposition.
